The name of the Foundation is SHAHEED OSMAN HADI FOUNDATION.

The registered office of the Foundation is situated at 151/Cha, Habib Market, Wapda Road, West Rampura, Dhaka-1219, Head Office: 151/Cha, Habib Market, Wapda Road, West Rampura, Dhaka-1219, However, the foundation may undertake work in any other place of the country in case of necessity even with or without setting up of branch offices there.

Founder

This foundation has been founded in the memory of Great patriot, cultural reveal, voice against oppression & spokesperson of Inqilab Manch Sharif Osman Bin Hadi who martyred on 18th December, 2025 by his family members as well as some well dedicated social and humanitarian worker, spiritual speaker, businessman, lawyer and socially established some person headed by the Chairman MR. OMAR BIN HADI Chairman Mr. Omar Bin Hadi.

Operational Area

Programs will be undertaken across the country or outside of the country with the prior permission from the concern authority of the government from to time.

Objectives & Purposes

It is a non-government, non-profit, non-political, Charitable, Research based, culture oriented, human rights, Religious and other developmental educational and voluntary organization. Its main object shall be to maintain, preserve and sustain social, cultural, educational programs. Besides

  1. To establish a foundation for the purpose of research on various disciplines including humanitarian perspectives, culture, conventions, history, medical science, and other fields beneficial to human beings, society, and other living creatures; to operate the Inqilab Cultural Centre and related initiatives.
  2. To form a foundation for the purposes of preaching, exploring, distributing, demonstrating, and promoting religious education, as well as education in science, arts, commerce, and other disciplines through schools, colleges, madrassahs, universities, vocational and technical institutions.
  3. To establish and operate educational institutions under the Foundation in a disciplined and organized manner to ensure the effective implementation of the Foundation’s objectives.
  4. To nurture and produce well-balanced, highly qualified traditional scholars and professionals who possess thorough knowledge of Islamic teachings and their practical application in contemporary society.
  5. To establish, operate, govern, monitor, and supervise institutions such as madrassahs, schools, colleges, universities, language clubs, research centers, Hifz departments for the Holy Quran, orphanages, orphan care and development centers, and educational institutions for personal and social development.
  6. To uphold the true teachings of Islam by adhering solely to the Quran and Sunnah, and to encourage people to live according to the teachings and lifestyle of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH).
  7. To establish and strengthen social support services including hospitality centers, nursing facilities, care homes, blood banks, ambulance services, and healthcare facilities for disadvantaged and marginalized communities.
  8. To undertake humanitarian and poverty reduction programs for poor and underprivileged people through agriculture and other development activities.
  9. To carry out socio-economic development activities aimed at overcoming the backwardness and social exclusion of poor and disadvantaged communities.
  10. To raise public awareness regarding sanitation, health, hygiene, social responsibilities, and human rights, and to implement programs for disease prevention.
  11. To take necessary measures for disaster prevention and protection throughout Bangladesh and provide support to disaster-affected people.
  12. To establish libraries and reading rooms for members and the general public for the promotion of education and culture.
  13. To launch movements and awareness programs against unethical practices such as drug abuse, dowry, child marriage, smoking, and other social evils.
  14. To help modernize educational facilities, promote literacy, and support talented students from poor backgrounds.
  15. To raise funds and accept donations, grants, and contributions from government, private, national, and international agencies and institutions.
  16. To develop people’s capacity and creativity through participatory management and provide practical and technical training, including information technology training.
  17. To conduct training programs for entrepreneurship, small and cottage industries, skill development, and vulnerability reduction.
  18. To purchase, lease, hire, acquire, manage, sell, mortgage, or otherwise deal with movable and immovable properties for the Foundation.
  19. To establish institutions, medical centers, and commercial or residential construction projects for generating income to support benevolent activities.
  20. To recruit, appoint, engage, or terminate employees, consultants, and experts for the Foundation’s programs and projects as deemed appropriate.

Foundation Fund

VII. The fund of the foundation will be spent in implementing aims and objectives of the foundation and income of the foundation shall not be distributed among the members of the foundation by way of dividend or bonus, honorarium, salary, pocket money or any other way. But necessary expenses like resource maintenance for implementing the objectives, hire expert for better operation and management and so on can be spent from the fund of the Foundation.

Audit & Accountability

The executive Committee will get the accounts of the foundation audited by any Audit Firm. Audit report will be submitted and approved in the Annual General Meeting.

Dissolution of the Foundation

Upon the winding up or dissolution of the foundation there shall remain, after the satisfaction of all its debts and liabilities any property whatsoever, the same shall be handed over or transferred or given to some other institutions, having objectives similar to the objectives of foundation, to be determined by the 3/5 voting of the members of the foundation in the extra ordinary general meeting at or before the dissolution.

We the several persons whose name's father's name, address, nationality, profession of us is stated below. We do hereby put signature against each of our names, being united and agreed in decision of establishing a Foundation as per this Memorandum of Association.
